LOCAL "VOTE FOR CHANGE" DRIVE NETS ALMOST 300 NEW VOTERS
No money can replace great volunteers. And some of the best are Justin Wilkins and Elizabeth Crews.
I want to thank them for setting up the high school grad voter drive this past weekend. They were able to bring together 14+ volunteers who were at more than 20 high school graduations on May 16, Friday, to register new voters.
These strong Democratic volunteers are part of the Obama for Change voter drive. They registered over 150 new voters at high school graduations. Combined with the 140 new voters registered after the kickoff event last weekend, these Democratic volunteers have register almost 300 new voters.
Both Justin Wilkins and Elizabeth Crews are Democratic Delegates for Obama and will be going to Denver in August.
